📋 Description
• Create and update marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, product sell sheets, and promotional materials. • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp. • Support social media and digital marketing initiatives across Meta platforms. • Update website content using WordPress and WooCommerce. • Coordinate supplier marketing assets and assist with product launches and promotional campaigns. • Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and product specifications. • Prepare sales presentations and marketing materials for the sales team. • Assist with quotations, customer documentation, and sales administration. • Maintain accurate product and customer information across company systems. • Support customer follow-ups and internal coordination. • Organise marketing assets and documentation. • Coordinate marketing projects and campaign timelines. • Assist with maintaining website and product information • Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive, Marketing Assistant, or similar role. • Strong experience creating marketing content and collateral. • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite. • Experience using Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns. • Experience managing website content using WordPress. • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media marketing. • Understanding of branding principles and marketing strategy. • Experience supporting a sales team through presentations and marketing materials. • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
