📋 Description
• Convert booked landlord appointments into signed contracts, on or above target • Run the full cycle from first call to signature — discovery, value, objection, close • Build trust that survives a phone-only relationship and turns landlords into referral sources • Quote competitively, issue contracts cleanly, keep your pipeline honest in the CRM
🎯 Requirements
• 5–7 years closing in direct sales, telesales or service-based selling to a discerning client base • A track record of hitting and beating targets in an international business — with the numbers to back it • Real telephone closing skill: objection handling, negotiation, trust-building, voice presence • English at C1/C2 • The independence to run your own desk without supervision • Resilience, energy, and a genuine appetite for the close
