• 5–8 years of experience within the travel industry • deep exposure to corporate travel, entertainment, and/or high-end luxury leisure markets • demonstrated insider knowledge of the corporate, entertainment and luxury leisure travel landscape • proven success in business development, outside sales, or recruitment • established industry relationships and credibility within corporate travel and/or luxury leisure advisor communities • experience working independently in a territory-based, field-driven role with a proactive, “hunter” mentality
