📋 Description

• Generate and review renewal and expansion quotes with clients; respond to related questions or concerns • Cultivate client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and work directly with CSM sales team members to expand their current subscription • Collaborate cross-functionally to align client feedback with ongoing client needs and initiatives • Assist clients in making informed decisions about their software subscriptions

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ yr of experience completing Sage Intacct, Sage 100 Contractor renewals • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills • 1+ year of experience ensuring software subscription renewals • 1+ year of experience driving revenue through upselling and subscription expansion • 1+ year of experience in a client experience or customer service role • Previous experience working in Salesforce • Strong communication and presentation skills across organizational levels, including the C-suite • Ability to navigate ambiguity and improve processes for efficiency
