• Lead Acelero’s policy and performance strategy, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance across markets • Oversee organizational data governance and reporting infrastructure, partnering with technology and cross-functional teams to strengthen tools and systems • Direct the Training & Technical Assistance (TTA) and coaching framework to support implementation quality and continuous improvement • Define and monitor key performance and compliance metrics, building tools that improve visibility and decision-making • Conduct at least three annual site visits to assess implementation and support ongoing performance improvement • Supervise and develop a high-performing team, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables
• Bachelor’s degree in education, data science, social sciences, or a related field • 5+ years of demonstrated success in policy development and technology-driven reporting in Head Start. • 5+ years of demonstrated success in policy development and technology-driven reporting • 3+ years of experience managing operations for a multi-site organization (early learning strongly preferred) • 2+ years of proven supervisory/people leadership experience • Ability to travel up to 25–30% for site visits and meetings
