📋 Description

• Collaborate with New Business, R&D and Marketing teams in developing business cases for new product launches, from concept to book and from book to launch; • Lead the financial analysis for launch approvals, building financial viability models and presentations for leadership committees; • Support other departments with financial analyses and questions related to new product launches; • Perform P&L analyses, identifying actual variances against the budget and recommending actions to minimize deviations; • Understand the factors that affect the alignment of the books with reality to build more accurate business cases (cannibalization, degree of innovation, time to market); • Monitor and present data and insights for the new product portfolio, with performance by approval cohort ("safra") and by specialty;

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in complex financial modeling • Strategic business (systemic) thinking and strategic planning • Ability to manage projects and cross-functional teams effectively • Advanced Excel • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering • **Will be considered a plus:** • Postgraduate degree and/or MBA in Business Management • Advanced English
