📋 Description
• Own and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers from initial contact through enrollment • Lead consultative conversations to understand each customer's full financial picture • Clearly explain debt resolution strategies, program structure, and expected outcomes • Balance empathy with direction, guiding customers through emotionally and financially complex decisions • Drive efficient decision-making and close opportunities, often within 1-2 calls • Prioritize opportunities and execute targeted follow-up to maximize conversion • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, with a preference for consultative of financial sales environments • Proven success in a commission-driven role with consistent goal attainment • Strong ability to navigate both emotional and analytical conversations • Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing opportunities effectively • Confidence discussing financial situations, trade-offs, and long term outcomes • High School diploma or equivalent
