📋 Description

• Proactively reach out to former students who have withdrawn or become inactive • Identify barriers that prevented completion and reposition the program effectively • Present tailored solutions, including program re-entry, extensions, and financing options • Close re-enrollments and contribute directly to revenue growth targets • Maintain accurate records of outreach, outcomes, and pipeline activity • Collaborate with Customer Success, Enrollment, and Finance teams to remove friction in the re-enrollment process

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, retention, collections, or account recovery • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills • Comfortable having direct, sometimes difficult conversations with customers • Results-driven mindset with a focus on closing and revenue impact • Ability to work independently in a high-performance environment • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Kustomer, or similar) is a plus
