🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree In Business Administration, HR or certification and equivalent experiences • 2–4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced or generalist environments. • Proficiency in Zoho Recruit or similar ATS, Google Sheets/Excel, and sourcing/project management tools. • Demonstrated success in filling roles across multiple levels, for both onshore and offshore hiring. • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. • Proactive mindset and creative thinker with a “figure-it-out” approach. • Skilled in enhancing employer visibility and creating meaningful candidate engagement strategies.
