📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer and onboarding. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
