📋 Description

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting processes including developing recruitment strategies and sourcing, qualifying, and closing candidates • Champion the candidate experience by setting clear expectations and maintaining timely, transparent communication • Serve as a consultant to hiring managers by providing guidance on recruiting best practices, interviewing, and selection strategies • Foster a culture of recruiting excellence through training and coaching hiring teams • Partner with the broader HR team to support employer branding initiatives • Use data and market insights to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and continuously improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) or more years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment • Experience recruiting within professional services environments preferred • Experience in both corporate and executive search settings preferred • Strong communication and persuasion skills to gain buy-in and drive alignment • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
