📋 Description

• As an Operator Sales Team member, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base. • Your primary focus will be on selling CORE client's products to both existing and new customers within your assigned territory. • You will collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales plans and execute assigned sales targets for each client. • Additionally, you will utilize our CRM system to efficiently manage all aspects of the sales process, ensuring a smooth and organized approach.

🎯 Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and industry trends. • A self-motivated and results-driven approach to sales. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints. • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
