📋 Description

• Support HR and, in some contracts, provide direct support to end users to clarify questions regarding contracted benefit plans; • Clarify questions related to procedure coverage; • Assist with authorization processes (consultations, exams, surgeries) and transfers; • Provide guidance and clarification on pre-authorizations and reimbursements; • Support in locating the accredited provider network; • Manage registration/data updates; • Billing; • Cost allocation; • Registration reconciliation (bate cadastral); • Presentation of deliverables; • Record all service interactions in the Acrisure operational module; • Immediately notify management of any incident or relevant information observed during service;

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word; intermediate Excel) • Essential to have knowledge of benefits operational routines • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field
