📋 Description

• Support the calculation, review and reconciliation of IRPJ and CSLL, ensuring the consistency of tax bases and compliance with current legislation; • Perform reconciliation of taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, withholding taxes and import taxes), analyzing differences between tax bases, accounting records and statutory filings, identifying and supporting the resolution of discrepancies; • Assist in the preparation, review and submission of statutory tax filings, ensuring the quality of information and compliance with regulatory deadlines; • Conduct tax variance analysis, supporting the identification of inconsistencies and the improvement of internal controls; • Monitor and support the reconciliation of the tax current account, including monitoring balances, offsets and potential outstanding issues with tax authorities; • Support the review of tax-related accounting entries, ensuring alignment between accounting and tax records (accounting x tax bridge); • Prepare and organize information for internal and external audits, as well as support inspections and tax audits; • Support the monitoring of tax notifications and audit triggers, contributing to analysis and preparation of responses; • Provide support to internal teams on the interpretation and application of tax legislation, offering appropriate guidance; • Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation, assessing impacts particularly on IRPJ, CSLL and indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, withholding taxes and import taxes).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; • IT skills: Intermediate level in MS Office; • Knowledge of taxes: IRPJ, CSLL, ICMS, ISS, IPI, withholdings and PIS/COFINS; • Advantage: Experience with SAP, SAP TDF and Mastersaf/GF; • Proficiency with tax systems and agility in system use; • Prior experience in the telecommunications sector; • Experience with tools such as Alteryx and Python.
