📋 Description

• Analyze inventory results, identifying patterns, discrepancies, and structural opportunities for improvement • Conduct critical analyses and root-cause investigations, going beyond symptoms to propose effective solutions • Translate operational data into clear, actionable business insights • Coordinate alignments with pharmacies, regional teams, and partner areas, ensuring consistent progress of action plans • Develop and enhance controls, reports, and analyses, pursuing automation and efficiency gains • Build and monitor performance indicators, ensuring data quality and reliability • Apply critical thinking to current processes, identifying risks and opportunities • Actively contribute to the evolution of inventory operations and loss prevention

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Advanced Excel: proficient in handling datasets, pivot tables, and complex formulas • Power BI: dashboard development and data analysis • Strong analytical skills and structured logical reasoning • Hands-on experience with root cause analysis • Ability to turn data into actionable insights for decision-making • Autonomy to conduct analyses and prioritize tasks • Good communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams
