📋 Description

• Support the coordination of interdisciplinary working groups for the Group and its operating companies (OpCos), monitoring project milestones and deliverables; • Work on initiatives involving culture and change management, process optimization and continuous improvement, tools, governance and organizational structure, strengthening collaboration between the CPO and the Abra Group OpCos; • Lead the CPO’s data management, including analysis and development of insights on operational performance, cost savings and synergies, proactively identifying deviations and opportunities to support leadership decision-making; • Monitor schedules, deliverables, budgets and objectives for CPO projects and related areas within the Abra Group.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields (degree or proof of graduation); • Excel: Advanced functions, pivot tables and data analysis; • Power BI: Building dashboards and interactive reports; • Experience with systems such as SAP, Ariba or similar; • Project management experience; • Fluent English. • Preferred: • Experience in aviation projects, aeronautical engineering, maintenance or consulting; • Knowledge of project management tools and fleet management; • Previous experience in shared services centers; • Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Scrum, Agile), Design Thinking, Change Management or Financial Analysis.
