📋 Description

• Ensure the effectiveness of the internal control environment by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and continuously improving Risks and Controls, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance with policies and regulations. • Conduct process walkthroughs and identify risks and controls. • Prepare and review risk and control matrices (RCSA). • Assess and review control design and operating effectiveness. • Identify gaps and propose action plans together with business areas. • Monitor action plans related to ineffective controls. • Track Risk and Internal Control indicators. • Act as a partner to the business areas, promoting a risk and control culture. • Prepare executive reports for leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. • Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance. • Certifications in Controls, Risk, or Audit are a plus. • Solid knowledge of the COSO framework. • Experience with: • RCSA • Control testing • Process walkthroughs • Risk and control mapping • Experience with GRC tools such as Archer, OpenPages, or similar. • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is desirable. • Extensive experience in: • Internal controls • Internal or external audit • Risk management • Prior experience in mid- to large-sized companies. • Experience in control transformation/automation. • Knowledge of financial processes and product design.
