📋 Description

• Develop performance analyses of the sales force based on demand data, market audits and performance indicators, considering different hierarchical levels, territories, accounts and bricks; • Analyze product demand; • Produce performance monitoring dashboards and target distribution reports; • Maintain proficiency with technology tools: develop systems that store and process audit data, converting it into actionable information with speed, agility and efficiency; • Interact directly with the sales force, emphasizing techniques to increase and grow sales volume; • Design incentive calculations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology or a related field; • Proficient with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel); • Programming proficiency in SQL Server and databases (desirable); • Proficiency with specific productivity tools: NEW DDD, MDTR, AUDIT PHARMA, PMB; • Experience with field/visitation CRM (Veeva, Salesforce or similar) — desirable; • Knowledge of sales incentive programs and variable compensation for the sales force.
