• Lead the account's influence strategy with a creator economy perspective, contributing to the creative layer from briefing onward • Map and select creators with a strategic mindset: alignment of values, audience, format and cultural timing • Manage the complete influencer process: briefing, creative alignment, production oversight, delivery and reporting • Work on campaigns and special content projects as well as always-on initiatives, including on-site activations and real-time coverage • Identify UGC opportunities that extend the organic impact of initiatives • Monitor performance and feed the strategy with concrete learnings • Supply the planning and creative teams with conversation opportunities driven by creators
• End-to-end experience in influencer projects: from briefing to measurement • Knowledge of the creator economy • Familiarity with influencer management platforms • Experience using UGC as a strategic campaign tool • Comfortable with AI tools applied to the creative process • Up-to-date network knowledge, with creators who are currently trending • Genuine curiosity about digital culture and the creator ecosystem • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with creators, PR teams, the creative team and client leadership • Organized and agile • True proactivity: identifies opportunities before briefings arrive and coordinates the pieces to make them happen
