📋 Description

• Analyze databases in Excel or Access to generate reports related to co-participation amounts for payroll deductions. These reports are produced manually and/or via system, with data entered according to a pre-established standard layout. • Validate information entered into the system; • Perform analyses to apply exemptions according to rules and criteria established by the client; • Generate, review, and analyze co-participation reports; • Communicate with the insurance operator for alignments and collections when necessary; • Coordinate with the operations and client relationship teams for questions and alignments; • Daily monitoring and control of assigned work;

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel — intermediate level); • Education: • Ability to perform routine tasks; • Experience in health insurance is a plus;
