📋 Description

• Preparation and support of the internal bid approval process • Contractual support for national and international projects (from reviewing offers and tenders through compliance, export and GTC reviews to preparing and conducting contract negotiations) • Advising business unit and project managers on contractual matters • Analysis and assessment of case law and legislative changes • Participation in cross-departmental projects • Acting as the interface between project management and the internal legal department

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration or law, or a commercial apprenticeship with several years of relevant professional experience • Confident appearance and strong negotiation skills • Motivation to proactively and independently take on new topics • Clear perspective on challenges and the ability to derive appropriate actions • Experience with the VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) is desirable • Team player with a service-oriented approach toward colleagues and stakeholders • Very good command of English, both spoken and written
