📋 Description

• Gather Test Support Agent availability and training information • Build rosters for upcoming Casper tests • Coordinate additional coverage when plans change • Respond to scheduling changes and TSA questions • Support onboarding and training of new TSAs • Track shifts and hours, review payment information and invoices • Work with Finance to ensure accurate and timely TSA payments • Lead Casper test sessions after training and shadowing • Coordinate TSAs during live tests and respond to unexpected issues • Improve rostering, payment, availability, and information workflows using AI, automation, and other tools • Report to the Manager, Support • Collaborate with Test Support Agents, Finance, Customer Success, Operations, Product, Engineering, and the broader Support team

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Australia • Right to work in Australia • Ability to work remotely across Australian and New Zealand-friendly hours • Flexibility to start earlier or finish later to collaborate with Canadian teammates and lead live tests • Organised and dependable, able to track moving pieces and follow through • Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate discrepancies • Problem-solving ability and sound judgement • Improvement mindset, including simplifying, automating, documenting, or redesigning processes • Clear and thoughtful communication • Ability to learn and adapt quickly • Comfort working with spreadsheets, numbers, payments, invoices, and accurate information • Experience using AI to solve real problems, organise or analyse information, automate repetitive work, or improve workflows • Experience with workforce rostering, contractor operations, live events, test delivery, or higher education is useful but not required • No previous experience in test operations or higher education required
