📋 Description

• Own positioning and messaging for the QuickBooks Graduates program • Develop content strategy helping small businesses transition from QuickBooks to cloud ERP • Tailor messaging to construction, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and related micro-verticals • Create thought leadership assets grounded in customer profiles, industry insights, and market insights • Support end-to-end go-to-market strategies for QuickBooks Graduates campaigns • Review and elevate customer stories and videos with the customer advocacy team • Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, partner, and industry teams on roadmaps, priorities, and capabilities • Use performance data and analytics to guide strategy and evaluate campaign effectiveness • Create video scripts, perform light video edits, and develop product overview and QuickBooks-comparison videos • Build intuitive point-and-click demos for key workflows and scenarios • Maintain website messaging, comparison guides, datasheets, infographics, brochures, and other program assets • Support release planning and alignment on product positioning • Support trade shows, industry events, partner events, customer events, presentations, webinars, and thought leadership sessions • Translate product functionality and benefits into value for small business buyers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three to five years of product marketing experience • Deep knowledge of small business accounting software, including QuickBooks or comparable solutions • Knowledge of ERP business management systems, accounting processes, business technology, and B2B marketing strategies • Experience marketing to or supporting construction, manufacturing, distribution, or professional services is a plus • Educational background in marketing, English, public relations, journalism, business, philosophy, computer science, or a related field • Exceptionally strong writing ability • Ability to explain complex features using clear, direct language • Ability to translate technical ERP capabilities into plain-spoken benefits for small business owners • Analytical mindset and creative approach to messaging • Excellent organization and multitasking ability • Strong communication skills • Marketing technology experience preferred, including WordPress, Jasper or comparable AI tools, Camtasia, Asana, CRM applications, SharePoint, and Wistia • Direct experience with QuickBooks Online or Desktop is a strong plus • Team-oriented, collaborative, positive, practical, optimistic, and willing to go the extra mile
