📋 Description

• Own positioning and messaging for Acumatica’s QuickBooks Graduates program • Develop differentiated narratives showing why and when small businesses outgrow QuickBooks • Build industry- and micro-vertical-specific messaging for construction, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services • Create thought leadership assets and market-informed positioning • Support end-to-end go-to-market strategies for QuickBooks Graduates campaigns • Review and elevate customer stories and videos with the customer advocacy team • Collaborate with product, sales, and industry/vertical teams on roadmaps, priorities, and capabilities • Use performance data and analytics to evaluate campaigns and refine content strategies • Create video scripts, perform light video edits, and develop comparison/product overview videos and point-and-click demos • Maintain website messaging, comparison guides, datasheets, infographics, brochures, and other program assets • Support release planning and alignment of internal and external teams • Support trade shows, industry events, partner and customer events, presentations, webinars, and thought leadership sessions • Report directly to the VP of Product Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of product marketing experience required • Deep knowledge of small business accounting software, including QuickBooks or comparable systems • Knowledge of ERP business management systems, accounting processes, business technology, and B2B marketing strategies • Experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or professional services is a plus • Educational background in marketing, English, public relations, journalism, business, philosophy, computer science, or a related field • Exceptionally strong writing skills • Ability to explain complex features clearly and translate technical ERP capabilities into plain-spoken benefits • Analytical mindset and creative approach to messaging • Excellent organization and multitasking ability • Strong communication skills • Experience with marketing technologies is preferred, including WordPress, Jasper or comparable AI tools, Camtasia, Asana, CRM applications, SharePoint, and Wistia • Direct experience with QuickBooks Online or Desktop is a strong plus • Team-oriented, collaborative, positive, and adaptable approach
