📋 Description

• Support sales productivity and deal flow by discovering customer requirements and building solutions using Acumatica software, ISV solutions, AI, and professional services • Design solutions matching customer budget and timeline constraints • Understand and articulate end-to-end business processes and supporting systems for relevant industries • Work with sales teams to design and present end-to-end technical solutions • Demonstrate key solution aspects to prospects • Collaborate with partners on larger and more complex deals • Improve win ratios, minimize cycle time, and communicate customer objectives to implementation teams • Provide product and industry expertise at webinars, events, product rollouts, analyst meetings, and related activities • Become an ERP domain expert across modules and verticals • Lead consultative discovery and gather customer operations, requirements, and challenges • Tailor environments for compelling product demonstrations • Architect solutions with sales and services teams, including software, services, and project plans • Enable and train partners through discovery guides, presentations, and videos • Contribute to webinars, white papers, training, and blog articles • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience (7+ years) demonstrating business management software solutions • Understand mid-sized business operations related to sales, ordering, shipping, invoicing, and reporting • Ability to listen, ask questions, root out customer issues, and solve ambiguous problems • Experience building a project plan, laying out goals, strategies, tactics, and timelines • Experience architecting a solution with multiple software products, resource constraints, and customizations • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely • Strong presentation skills • Experience speaking in public and instructing in a classroom or small group • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business • Ability to travel 10%–20% of the time
