📋 Description

• Manage two to four clients within the TikTok Shop department and serve as their primary point of contact • Own your clients’ growth as Client Lead • Coordinate your project team of Creator Managers and Live Operators • Develop client strategies and tailored goals, translating them into actionable initiatives and roadmaps • Plan, launch, and evaluate campaigns for clients • Turn viral hits on TikTok Shop and other marketplaces into campaigns • Keep track of all client deliverables and implement them with the team • Meet timelines and provide comprehensive client consultancy • Establish new standards and implement them for clients • Monitor project KPIs, prepare reports, present them internally and externally, and derive action plans from the results

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience in client leadership • At least five years of experience for the senior position, ideally in an agency environment • Ideally, experience working in a fast-growing environment or at a marketing agency • No TikTok Shop background required – but a genuine interest in marketplaces and how creator commerce works • Excellent organizational skills: you can maintain an overview while managing multiple creators, brands, and deadlines simultaneously • Strong communication skills – you can communicate with creators as an equal and with clients in a professional manner • Data-driven mindset: you enjoy working with numbers and use them to make better decisions • Hands-on mentality – you do not wait for instructions; you take initiative and get things done
