📋 Description

• Own DACH market strategy, priorities, and resource allocation • Establish internal alignment, resource planning, and a clear operating rhythm across teams • Hold end-to-end P&L accountability across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success • Identify where to optimize, invest, or restructure to maximize regional growth and operating margin • Personally lead or co-lead high-stakes commercial negotiations and enterprise client pitches • Represent Appinio across the DACH region through stage presentations, keynotes, media opportunities, and executive network-building • Directly lead DACH Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leads • Build a strategic partnership with the Research Consulting group to align strategy and research delivery • Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record scaling or optimizing an established, multi-functional organization in a mature market context, ideally DACH • Credible domain expertise in quantitative market research • Successful ownership and optimization of a regional or global P&L in a mature business environment • Experience as a confident, high-profile public spokesperson, including stage, press, and industry-body experience • Demonstrated political skill and stakeholder diplomacy for leading through influence • KPI-driven leadership for go-to-market teams • AI savvy regarding automation across GTM functions • Native or bilingual fluency in German • Professional fluency in English • Application must be submitted in English
