📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned NITRO Mobile core service assurance modules, from inception and market requirements definitions through development, launch, and sunset • Define the multi-year portfolio roadmap, balancing customer commitments with strategic evolution toward automated network operations and network slicing assurance • Champion cloud-native observability for high-throughput 5G user-plane and control-plane telemetry • Translate 3GPP standards and service-based interfaces into software requirements for data collection, probe ingestion, and analytics dashboards • Drive integration with orchestration and data layers aligned with TM Forum Open APIs • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams on machine-learning anomaly detection, predictive health indicators, and automated service triage • Manage product line profitability, pricing strategies, and packaging for virtualized, cloud-native subscription and SaaS delivery models • Conduct market analysis covering TAM, competitive landscapes, and operator pain points • Support pre-sales activities, technical portfolio briefings, proof-of-concept scopes, and RFI/RFP responses for major global carriers

🎯 Requirements

• Mastery of 4G Evolved Packet Core (EPC) and 5G Standalone (5G SA) architectures, including AMF, SMF, UPF, NSSF, and NWDAF • Deep understanding of HTTP/2, GTPv2, Diameter, SIP/IMS, DPI, virtual taps, and eBPF telemetry • Working familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS/Azure telco clouds, containerized applications, Kafka, and ClickHouse • Familiarity with 3GPP performance management/trace specifications and TM Forum automation/service management frameworks • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience as a technical Product Manager, PLM, or Solution Architect in telecom OSS/BSS, monitoring, or service assurance • Experience managing software product pricing, constructing software subscription models, and generating business cases • Proven capability to influence across boundaries and collaborate with software developers, system architects, finance, product marketing, and executive leadership • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical infrastructure challenges into clear value propositions for C-suite operator decision-makers
