📋 Description

• Coordinate accounting activities between the external accounting provider in Poland and internal stakeholders • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting data and processes • Validate and align local accounting data with group reporting requirements • Review and post selected transactions and adjustments in NetSuite (KMS) • Reconcile general ledger balances and investigate discrepancies • Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure proper recording • Support month-end closing and prepare financial reports • Provide accurate financial data for internal and group reporting • Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliations • Support payment processes and ensure cash availability • Reconcile differences between local statutory books and NetSuite • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies • Support audits and cooperate with external auditors • Identify and implement improvements in accounting and reporting processes • Support NetSuite system updates and coordinate with IT • Work with international teams across Vietnam and Poland

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations • Experience with US GAAP is preferred • Proficiency in accounting software, including ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite • Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • High level of integrity and confidentiality • Good communication skills in English (C1) • Eligibility to work in the EU • Fluency in both Polish and English
