📋 Description

• Develop full-stack software as part of a development team • Write unambiguous specifications, break requirements down into verifiable plans, and define acceptance criteria • Build and manage context for LLMs, including instructions, constraints, examples, tools/MCPs, and context windows • Apply generative AI and agentic tools to development responsibly, with human validation • Evaluate, validate, and correct code produced by AI and third parties • Develop well-organized, testable, high-quality code • Create and maintain automated unit and/or integration tests • Use Git and collaborate through Pull Requests • Work with SQL databases and data modeling • Participate in agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP • Potential differentiating activities include agent and MCP/connector orchestration, evaluation and observability of AI outputs, distributed architectures, microservices, messaging, CI/CD, build and release automation, cloud technologies, Docker, and Kubernetes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of software development experience • Strong proficiency in at least one of the stacks (.NET or React), with demonstrated ability to work across the others with the support of AI • Spec-Driven Development as a core competency: writing unambiguous specifications, breaking them down into verifiable plans, and defining acceptance criteria • LLM Context Engineering: instructions, constraints, examples, tool/MCP selection, and context-window management • Responsible use of generative AI and agentic tools in development, with systematic human validation • Critical reading, evaluation, validation, and correction of code produced by AI and third parties • Ability to write high-quality, well-organized, and testable code, with knowledge of object-oriented programming and/or design principles • Experience with automated unit and/or integration testing • Use of Git for version control and collaboration through Pull Requests • Experience with SQL databases and data-modeling fundamentals • Experience with agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP • Knowledge of Python
