📋 Description

• Monitor technology projects • Serve as the liaison between business areas, technical teams, developers, and vendors • Track schedules, deliverables, metrics, and status updates • Follow up on, escalate, and remove blockers from requests to help drive project progress

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Project Management and/or IT Governance • Experience tracking projects, schedules, deliverables, metrics, and status updates • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with project and request management tools, preferably ServiceNow • Knowledge of dashboards and performance metrics • Familiarity with Generative AI tools applied to productivity and daily work routines • Strong communication and ability to interact with business areas, developers, vendors, and IT teams • Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of or exposure to Jira, SAP, POS systems, retail store operations, Middleware, APIs, systems integration, Data Lakes, and Cloud technologies • Proactive, dynamic, organized, hands-on profile, with a sense of urgency and the ability to work autonomously
