📋 Description

• Lead the management of the Salesforce platform, connecting technology, people, and business • Ensure Salesforce is a stable, scalable, and strategic platform for the organization • Work closely with the business • Lead complex Salesforce environments • Drive transformation and continuous improvement • Act as a technical lead or delivery lead

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Salesforce, encompassing multiple Clouds, platform functionality, and integrations • Experience leading Salesforce-related teams, programs, or services • Ability to act as a technical lead or delivery lead, with a predominantly technical, functional, or hybrid background • Strong knowledge of service management and ITIL practices, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management • Proven experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and/or Kanban • Experience managing backlogs, prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery predictability • Knowledge of architecture, integrations, security, governance, and the evolution of Salesforce platforms • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation • Experience managing external vendors and partners • Good understanding of the relationship between cost, capacity, quality, and service levels • Experience working with teams and stakeholders distributed across different countries and cultures • Advanced English proficiency
