📋 Description
• Support team leaders with questions and day-to-day activities • Fulfill primary and ancillary obligations related to municipal and state levels in accordance with current legislation • Interact with Federal, State and Municipal tax authorities by performing inquiries, regularizing outstanding issues and resolving relevant matters • Interpret tax legislation and provide guidance to less experienced professionals • Provide technical support to client areas, clarifying doubts and advising on tax criteria and procedures • Provide documents and information for internal and external audits and inspections • Implement system improvements by interfacing with IT to drive productivity gains for the team • Stay up to date on legislative changes through specialized bulletins and consultations of Federal, State and Municipal tax authority websites • Train new employees and hotel units • Organize digital and network files • Perform other related activities as required by the area
🎯 Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Municipal, State and Federal tax legislation • Experience with tax/fiscal routines • Basic accounting knowledge • System knowledge of Mastersaf, GB, Opera, OnBase and Senior • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills • Basic English • University degree • 1 to 3 years of professional experience
