📋 Description
• Serves as a strategic partner that aligns organization objectives within assigned business units • Acts as an employee champion and change agent • Provides HR support and guidance to leadership and employees • Partners with leadership to effectively address tactical and strategic business priorities • Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations • Designs and delivers training and development solutions that address specific business needs • Provides coaching and execution support relating to HR policies and procedures
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field, or equivalent experience • Three (3) to five (5) years of human resources generalist experience • A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with management level business partners • Ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems • Comfort-level facilitating training classes in both in-person and virtual setting • Excellent time management skills • Proficient with HRIS, preferably ADP, and Microsoft Office Suite
