📋 Description

• Ensures that KPIs in a designated area of the store are met or exceeded. • Coordinates team members to achieve the best possible balance between customer service and store operations. • Monitors and coaches the team within an assigned area of responsibility. • Allocates resources and organizes workflows within their area of responsibility. • Tracks the operational results of their area and initiates necessary actions. • Serves as a role model for customer service and drives sales. • Actively leads and coordinates their team. • Understands customer expectations and trains their team accordingly.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail qualification/apprenticeship • English language skills • Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in sports and/or fashion retail • Advanced sales experience • Comprehensive product knowledge • Adequate literacy and numeracy skills • Advanced communication skills
