• Guide complex, high-commercial-impact projects from early sales involvement to execution • Act as a senior sparring partner to Sales and Key Account Management, supporting negotiations • Manage resource, milestone, and budget planning end to end, ensuring cost optimization • Enhance execution concepts by identifying value drivers and areas for improvement • Promote best practices and continuous improvement within Bid Management and the Sales Value Chain • Contribute to global initiatives and ensure local implementation
• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field • At least one year of experience in Bid Management or a comparable role; background in consulting is a plus • Solid analytical thinking, attention to cost, and commercial judgment • Customer-centered approach and effective communication skills • Initiative, structure, and a focus on outcomes • Proficient with systems and digital solutions including Salesforce, AI-supported applications, Excel, and PowerPoint • Willingness to travel up to around 30%, depending on project requirements • Fluent in German and very good English skills (written and spoken)
