• Drive and close renewal opportunities and upsell within the Strategic Public Sector Canada Enterprise space • Assist customers in understanding Adobe enterprise solutions • Leverage Mutual Action Plans to drive timely renewals and long-term customer success • Partner closely with Account Directors and Product Specialists to drive customer retention and expansion plans • Identify and drive incremental growth opportunities with every renewal
• 3–5 years of prior inside or outside sales experience, preferably in enterprise software • Previous experience in account management related to renewing Enterprise Agreements • Experience selling into Public Sector accounts in Canada is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close • Ability to accurately forecast and manage pipeline activity on a monthly and quarterly basis • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
