📋 Description

• Provide remote support to our customers for inquiries and incident reports • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and Network Operation Center (NOC) operations • Handle and document customer incidents and repair orders using CRM tools • Provide on-site support for installations, maintenance and troubleshooting • Support product launches, trials and demos • Pre-configuration (staging) of products • Configure, maintain and provision internal services labs • Conduct product trainings • Continuously expand your expertise in our products and the associated technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed a technical degree or vocational training in a technical field • Knowledge of DWDM, Ethernet Access, Network Management, Network Security, TCP/IP, SNMP and routing protocols • Ability to analyze faults, problems, vulnerabilities and dependencies and to develop solution proposals • Strong customer and service orientation • Team player, resilient, able to act independently and highly self-motivated • Good communication and negotiation skills • Willingness and enthusiasm for national and international travel
