📋 Description

• Carry out commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and system operators • Provide service-oriented support to our customers from heating companies, both by phone and on site, to ensure customer satisfaction • Support your colleagues in technical field service across the wider area of your operational region • Take on on-call duty with the aim of assisting our customers as quickly as possible

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as a system mechanic (Sanitary/Heating), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer; further training to master craftsman or technician is an advantage • Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or HVAC • In possession of a refrigeration certification (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is advantageous • Valid driving license class B • Good spoken and written German skills
