📋 Description
• Manage full set of accounts – Pass journals, prepare schedules and close management accounts of overseas subsidiaries • Check subsidiaries’ financial reports from accounting agents to ensure accuracy • Process vendor invoices, payment vouchers, staff claims, vendor setup and bank reconciliations • Ensure compliance of company's policies and procedures • Liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth closing of financial audit • Assist with ad-hoc tasks associated with company and group tax, VAT, audit • Ensure compliance to local statutory reporting requirements of overseas entities
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s/College degree in Accountancy • At least 3 years full set experience • Meticulous and analytical with numbers • Well versed in accounting transactions accordance to accounting standards • Advance Excel knowledge, with demonstrated ability to organize data is preferred • Experience in SAP will be added advantage • Independent and self-motivated team player and reliable time management capability
