📋 Description

• Visiting 10-20 accounts daily across their territory. • Meeting and connecting with the relevant referral sources in their territory • Driving business • Hosting “lunch and learn” meetings with providers and their staff • Answering calls/emails/texts from providers and their staff to answer questions, manage expectations and support them as needed. • Working closely with your internal counterparts to ensure referral sources are happy as well as patient success • Physical activities include lifting 20+ pounds, walking to and from your car and an office building, walking up stairs (as needed). • Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. • Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance • Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality • Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule • Other job duties assigned #OSR-1

🎯 Requirements

• A car • Sales or customer service experience (2+ years preferred) • General technical skills and fluency - we use G suite, but understanding zoom, teams, Microsoft office, etc. • Strong orator skills • To be fluent in English and have the ability to communicate effectively. • Not required but ideal: The ability for overnight travel up to 10% of the time
