📋 Description

• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter + AI & Automated tools • Building search strategies from sometimes imperfect briefs • Writing complex Boolean strings • Identifying “hidden” or non-obvious job titles • Quickly analyzing candidate profiles • Personalized outreach + follow-ups • Light pre-qualification (big plus) • 3–4 roles in parallel (tech/biotech/corporate mix)

• Any tech hacker is welcome! • you need to be curious of the business/corporate world in general • you can find creative shortcuts to target the few and design solutions to cover the full market • you are passionate about no code & AI tools • you feel at ease with Excel or Google Sheet
