📋 Description

• Set the strategic direction for training across ACI's four operating divisions and specialty portfolio, aligning learning priorities with the company's sales, patient experience, and net income goals. • Lead and develop a 30-person team of field trainers and facilitators, including performance management, capacity planning, and career development; add augmented training staff for transformation initiatives. • Collaborate with the People team to modernize ACI's training model — shifting from primarily in-person/field-delivered training toward blended digital, on-demand, and AI-assisted content development and delivery. • Collaborate with the People Team selection and implementation of learning management system (LMS) or digital training platform; ACI's current HR platform (Dayforce) does not meet the organization's training needs today. • Leverage AI tools to accelerate instructional design and content production for run the business programming, enabling faster turnaround on new programs, compliance updates, and operational rollouts. • Partner with People Team to design a scalable content framework that supports rapid, consistent deployment of training across a distributed network of nearly 400 practices. • Partner with Operations, Clinical, HR, and divisional leaders to translate special projects and strategic initiatives into training curricula, roll-out and sustainment plans. • Establish measurement frameworks to track training effectiveness, adoption, and business impact (e.g., time-to-competency, field engagement, initiative rollout speed). • Manage the training organization's budget and vendor relationships, including LMS/content-platform vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development, including at least 3 years leading multi-person teams (15+ preferred). • Demonstrated success modernizing a training function — building or migrating to digital/blended learning models from a legacy, in-person-heavy approach. • Hands-on experience selecting, implementing, or administering a learning management system (LMS) or digital training platform. • Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., generative AI for content creation, authoring tools with AI features) to accelerate instructional design and content development. • Experience designing training programs for a large, distributed, or multi-site field organization. • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to run multiple concurrent initiatives against firm deadlines. • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
