📋 Description

• Identify, pitch, and close new retail and wholesale accounts • Build relationships with buyers, distributors, retailers, and strategic partners • Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth • Manage existing retail and channel relationships to maximize performance • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotions, and partnership terms • Create joint business plans with key partners • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to support retail launches and promotions • Analyze channel performance and identify opportunities for expansion

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in retail sales, business development, partnerships, or account management • Proven track record of generating revenue through retail or strategic partnerships • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills • Experience managing multiple accounts and complex sales cycles • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, buyers, and key stakeholders • Highly organized and driven by results • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action
