📋 Description

• Perform technical analysis of bid documents, evaluating the scope of the operation and the requirements for service delivery • Identify specific technical needs, such as turnaround times for results, analytical methodologies, sample stability, special collections and medical attendances • Assess the need for urgent test processing, defining local processing profiles and platforms required for the operation • Size technical resources, equipment and infrastructure according to contractual requirements • Design and size operational teams, covering collection staff, triage, data entry, clinical analysts, medical team and other necessary resources • Prepare estimates of operational costs, considering platforms, consumables, equipment, laboratory infrastructure and other requirements specified in the bid • Work together with coordinators, managers and technical specialists to validate specific requirements • Interact with Operational Excellence areas to evaluate production capacity and incorporate tests into centralized operations • Conduct analyses with operational units to assess existing contracts and forecast new operations • Identify operational, technical and financial risks present in bid documents • Prepare questions and technical clarification requests to support the commercial process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis • Experience with different business models and AFIP operations • Participation in implementation and expansion projects of units • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and complex bid documents • Ability to concentrate, stay organized and prioritize multiple simultaneous demands
