• Provide efficient customer service, ensuring quality support and follow-up; • Manage and monitor service tickets, ensuring resolution within established deadlines; • Register and update customers in a digital platform; • Use CRM systems to record, track, and follow up on interactions; • Organize daily tasks and maintain documentation related to customer service; • Communicate clearly and objectively, both verbally and in writing; • Identify issues and act to resolve basic operational and technical requests; • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and the customer experience.
