📋 Description

• Monitor and perform troubleshooting of network assets (switches, routers and firewalls) in a production environment. • Configure and support MetroEthernet circuits (E-Line, E-LAN, E-Tree) and layer 2 protocols (VLAN, STP, LACP). • Configure dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and static routes in IP networks. • Support the implementation of network expansion projects and service migrations. • Execute acceptance tests (PAT/FAT) on new customer links and circuits. • Document network topologies and keep the inventory of assets and connections up to date. • Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical network incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma (complete). • Higher education degree preferred. • Cisco CCNA certification. • Cisco CCNP certification is a plus. • Technical course (Telecom, Electronics or equivalent) is a plus. • Experience in technical activities in Telecommunications, Electronics or IT. • General knowledge of Fixed Telecommunications Networks. • Knowledge of network/IT operations processes and workflows. • Proactive and engaged with the business and area activities, aiming to deliver the best service to Vivo customers. • Availability to work rotating shifts: 07:00–16:00; 14:00–23:00; or 23:00–07:00.
