📋 Description

• Support Data Center operations, IT systems and network services, ensuring continuity of critical business processes and delivery of products and services to customers. • Provide first- and second-level technical and operational support for network and telecommunications environments. • Continuously monitor using monitoring tools, identifying alerts, incidents and potential performance degradation. • Work on services related to Telecommunications (Data), including links, connectivity and basic network infrastructure. • Handle technical tickets through service desk systems, providing support to local and remote users. • Perform basic tasks on TP-Link switches and routers, including checks, initial troubleshooting and support for standard configurations. • Assist in documenting technical procedures. • Act in compliance with processes, procedures and information security policies.
