📋 Description
• Customer support • Liaison with clients and the insurance provider • Support and follow-up for password releases and assistance with scheduling appointments and exams • Enrollment and record changes (additions, removals, and updates) • Billing registration and settlement
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Basic Excel • Familiarity with health plan providers/insurers, dental plans, and life insurance • Operational knowledge
