📋 Description

• Support public procurement processes, ensuring competitive and compliant participation in tenders. • Analyze tender notices (editais), identifying requirements, deadlines and other relevant information. • Prepare the documentation required for participation in bidding processes, including drafting technical and commercial proposals. • Monitor the progress of bids and keep the sales team informed about next steps. • Liaise with public agencies and other stakeholders to clarify questions and obtain up-to-date information. • Interpret laws and regulations governing bidding processes. • Prepare reports and spreadsheets to track bidding processes. • Complete and follow up registrations with public agencies. • Participate in electronic and in-person auctions (pregões).

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of prior experience with public tenders/bidding processes • Knowledge of Brazil's Public Procurement Law (Law No. 14.133/2021) and electronic bidding (pregão eletrônico) • Experience using portals such as Comprasnet, BLL, Licitações-e, among others • High school diploma (completed) • Degree in Administration, Law, Accounting or related fields (completed or in progress) is a plus • Participation in courses or training on public procurement and public contracts
